850 is home raised with Line One Domino breeding and was brought back from a neighboring commercial herd to add power and performance. He is a grandson of L1 Domino 01498 who is in the pedigree of several of Holden Herefords top producing donor cows and combines our best grass based performance genetics. The baldies we saw made it an easy decision to bring him back to the herd.

We are using several sons and his daughters are developing into deep ribbed, easy fleshing, feminine females. His dam is still in production at 11 years of age and passes on thickness and fleshing ability. His sire 315A, pictured below, was a very easy fleshing bull that bred power into his sons and left behind sound, productive daughters.

We decided to use 3027 due to the quality of his daughters and the longevity, sound structure, and fertility he passes on. He is was at stud with ABS until 14 years of age and his dam lived until 18 years of age. His daughters are moderate framed and easy fleshing with great calving ease and udders. He is seen in the pedigrees of many influential sires and is one of the most complete bulls of the breed.
